SkinSense ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. SkinSense is designed for cosmetic skincare guidance and not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
We process the photos that you choose or capture for on-device analysis. We also store a local history entry containing the estimated skin profile label and timestamp so you can review past results. We do not ask for your name, contact details, precise location, or payment information.
We use your selected image only to generate an estimated skin profile and ingredient guidance inside the app. The local history feature is used only to show your previous results on your device.
Captured or selected images are used locally for analysis and are not uploaded to our servers. Local history is stored on your device using the app database and can be cleared from the app settings.
We do not sell your data and we do not share your local analysis history with third parties. If a legal request applies, we can only respond to data that is actually under our control.
Because the app stores history locally on your device, you can remove it at any time by clearing the local history from the app settings or by uninstalling the app.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites and recommend you review their privacy policies.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date.
